It's difficult to know what to reply or how to assist with your abbreviated post that started this thread.

If you are facing an issue with a Red Hat supported product, you have the option of putting a ticket in with Red Hat at this link https://access.redhat.com/support/cases/ (note at the very top of this window, scroll up, where it says "support cases"),

If you are looking for information just from the Red Hat community, as in any other discussion forum, please give some technical context, scenario background, a product you're wrestling with (maybe it's something related to a Linux load balancer for MS exchange from "EPEL", hard to determine here), etc for the community to respond to, and there's a number of folks who can assist. The people who respond could be actual Red-Hatters or others who just have an interest in helping.
