Accessing rpms in RHSC

We currently have the following subscriptions available:
Red Hat Beta
dotNET on RHEL Beta (for RHEL Server)
Oracle Java (for RHEL Server)
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server
dotNET on RHEL (for RHEL Server)
Red Hat Software Collections Beta (for RHEL Server)
Purchased from DELL
I am trying to use packages from Red Hat Software Collections Beta (for RHEL Server) using yum. Specifically

I can view rh-php71 Package that installs PHP 7.1 rpm to download.
https://access.redhat.com/downloads/content/201/ver=1/rhel---7.4/1/x86_64/packages
And if that is what I need to do I'll try it on a VM first then our actual server.

I have tried to use the subscription-manager attach --pool=
with no luck. Either I am not doing something correctly or I do not have access to rh-php71

This is the third post I've tried to resolve and understand this issue.

I've attached screen shots from a client.

Please follow these steps : and post a screenshot or copy/paste the output here if not succeeded.

try this -

~~ subscription-manager list --available
~~ subscription-manager subscribe --pool=pool_id 
~~ subscription-manager list --consumed
~~ yum repolist all

possible output is ,

~~ rhel-variant-rhscl-7-rpms
or
~~ rhel-beta-variant-rhscl-7-rpms

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ - next you have to enable the repo if its disabled, example

~~ yum-config-manager --enable rhel-beta-variant-rhscl-7-rpms  (depends on the output)
  • You also can use the rhn-channel

As I thought you have to enable the repositories now

subscription-manager subscribe --pool=8a85f98c5fa1813e015fa1852abe0227
subscription-manager list --consumed
yum repolist all

according to the output,

rhel-server-rhscl-7-beta-rpms/x86_64                              enabled:     0

That means rhscl 7 beta rmps repository doesn't contain any packages. Try enabling these repositories.

yum-config-manager --enable rhel-7-server-supplementary-beta-rpms/x86_64
yum-config-manager --enable rhel-7-server-beta-rpms/x86_64
yum-config-manager --enable rhel-7-server-extras-beta-rpms/x86_64
yum-config-manager --enable rhel-7-server-optional-beta-rpms/x86_64
yum repolist all
yum search rh-php*

8a85f98c5fa1813e015fa1852abe0227 is the pool ID from the Software Collections subscription that "subscription-manager list --available" output.
