Red Hat Insights - Bad status from server: 401

Since two days I'm experiencing an issue with insights-client - I receive the message "Bad status from server: 401 | This machine has not yet been registered". As one can see in the screenshot down below, the systems are already registered. The same happened some days ago, but as the problem only occurred once, I assumed that it was just a temporary outage of the insights service. Now it turned into being a permanent problem ...

Does anybody have an idea what's going on and how (if it's possible to be done from users side at all) to solve this problem ? Here are more details :
