Rhui client fails to communicate with CDS Connection refused

I have gone though the client Certificate creation then the rpm creation process iaw "Red Hat Update Infrastructure 3.0 Systems Administrator's Guide". Section 11.3 shows the yum localinstall and testing. When I run "yum repolist" I get the following error "yum repolist
Loaded plugins: product-id, search-disabled-repos, subscription-manager
Could not retrieve mirrorlist https:///pulp/mirror//content/dist/rhel/rhui/server/7/7Server/x86_64/rhui/3/os error was
14: curl#7 - "Failed connect to :443; Connection refused"
Any suggestions?

I have put in the port exceptions in firewalld.
