Issue regarding the time taking to switch between 2 WorkItem Handlers

Hi,

As per my local testing with Jboss BPM suite 6.2 i found that it is consuming a lot of time at the start and end of the business process.
And also a minute time between switching of 2 WIH's

Because of this, my java Application TPS is getting reduced. Can some one explain me how to over come this issue?
