Hello "Server Admin",

Stating your real name would be nice, but not relevant to the issue.

Are you using rhn_register to register your server directly to Red Hat Network? If so you have an issue that RHN classic is obsolete.

subscription-manager should be used.

If you confirm that you tried rhn_register directly to RHN, the community members like me will help you who to use subcription-manager.

If you use a local RH Satellite 5.x you need to check whether which products entitlements you need for your client registration. Your Satellite admin needs to help with that.

Regards,

Jan Gerrit
