I need to know how can i Remote Desk Virtual Redhat Linux from Windows Platform.

Any help will be highly appreciated

Hi Kaleemullah Bilal,

You may need to provide some more info here. Are you trying to ssh into a virtual linux node (hosted using virtualization tool such as VMware Workstation etc.,) from your host system which is a windows system? If so then you may need to make sure that the "virtual adapter" tagged to the vm is in the same ip segment (example: 192.168.1.253) as that of the vm (example: 192.168.1.100). After which you could ping your virtual system ip from your windows host system. Otherwise, leaving the "IPADDR" parameter to "dhcp" would set an IP which can be reached from your windows host system without changing the virtual adapter ip.

install vnc server on your linux box and vnc client software on your windows box. Make sure ports 5900 and 5901 are open in the firewall.
