Changing Display Resolution in Hyper-V ?

Hi, complete noob here.

I'm using RHEL 6.8 in a Windows Server 2012 R2 Hyper-V VM. The display shows a resolution of 1152x864 but no other option is available in the drop-down menu.

I would like to reduce the resolution in order to manage multiple VM screens more efficiently. Any idea if this can be done, and if so how ?
