you just have to install a workstation OS, then give the desktop user rights to the vm, and they can access it thru the user portal. Depending on the volume of desktops you might want to setup a separate display network. If you are wanting to do stateless vm pools, it is in the admin guide chapter 10. Otherwise you can look at the documentation under user portal.
