hi redhat team, can you please fix this problem asap. is CL210 course was retired?

We received reports of this error through support cases today and this issue should now be resolved, kind of. As you can see by the lack of answers on this thread, you'll likely get better, faster results by opening support cases when you experience technical issues rather than posting to a forum.

We are in the process of releasing a new version of CL210 based on OpenStack v10. However, when the course was published for the pre-release instructor training, it was accidentally added to the RHLS catalog, however there were no backing lab environments configured for the class. This lead to the behavior you all experienced since the platform was unable to assign you into a lab slot to go along with the new version of the class.

We were not intending to release the update to the Online Training community at large because we have noticed some performance issues with labs running in some geographies. Currently, all world-wide enrollments in CL210 version 10 will go into a US based lab instance, which we've had good experiences with internationally as well, but until we get our multi-geography problem resolved with the cloud provider, international customers who are all slotted into this US based datacenter may notice additional latency.

We anticipate full multi-region capacity as early as the latter part of next week. When that occurs we'll move international users based in the US geography to their correct geography. Any existing lab environment they have will be maintained, and based in the US, however, if they delete then re-provision a lab it will be provisioned in their new, and correct, geographical datacenter.
