rhel 7.4 update candlepin FAIL

After updating to RHEL 7.4 candlepin and candlepin_auth are in status : FAIL

"satellite-installer --scenario satellite --upgrade" did not resolve the problem.

/var/log/candlepin/error.log is empty

/var/log/candlepin/candlepin.log is empty
