VSI-FAX and installation

I need to install Vsi-fax on my RHEL 7 server. However, I can't seem to get the package to run in terminal. I'm new to Linux on a good day with limited experience in RHEL 5. It did not come to me in a RPM but TGZ so the extracted files are in the Administrator/Downloads/directory.

I also have an ISO which cannot be read or mounted, most likely due to my ignorance of procedures. If you have any advice, I'm very happy to take it.
