how to extend /root partions
how can i extend the /root directory partion?

Are you literally talking about /root (which is generally just a subdirectory of /) or do you mean the / partition as a whole.
Typically, you can only grow / if it's the last partition on a disk and you have spare blocks free on that disk. If / is on a logical volume, you've got a bit more flexibility in how you grow it.
If you literally mean /root, you can always do a bind-mount from another filesystem hosted on another disk or partition or do an overlay mount of a new disk/partition at /root.
Beyond those cases, you're kinda nicked.
Hi Tayeb Ahmed Ali Rashed, Incidentally, please keep this article by Red Hat at https://access.redhat.com/solutions/540013 in mind. While you mentioned extending a filesystem (I suspect you might mean an XFS file system), that article addresses the limitation of shrinking an XFS filesystem.
