I am using machine for Intel Core 2 Duo T6500

Hi,
I wan to install Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 7.3 on Intel(R) Core 2 DUO T6500 2.10Ghz.
my hardware configuration is
RAM: 8 GB,
Hard disk: 350gb,
CPU: Intel(R) Core 2 DUO T6500 2.10Ghz.

My system does not support Intel-VT.
Will the above configuration support for this installations.
