Downloading RHSAT child Channel from Redhat

Hi All,

We have a satellite server running Sat v5 and are looking to upgrade it to so we can export data for an eventual migration to Sat v6.

Currently I cannot see any new 5.x child channels in our 'Red Hat owned' parent channel in the Satellite web gui.

On further investigation on our subscription page on redhat.com, we have a subscription, however the 5.x channels (and others under the 'Redhat Satellite' entitlement) have 'Enabled by Default' set to 'No'.

Any idea how to enable the child channel so we can download the 5.x packages via satellite-sync?

Note - I may be barking up the wrong tree completely, happy to be educated!
