[Errno 14] PYCURL ERROR 22 - "The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found"
Hi,
I am going to upgrade my Redhat workstation from rhel 6.4 (beta) to rhel 6.8 but facind the same issue repetadely. I tried almost everything to resolve this issue but getting the same thing everytime.
Below are the complete error and yes I am using a redhat-subscription and the system is on internet without having any firewall blockage.
yum update
Loaded plugins: product-id, refresh-packagekit, rhnplugin, security, subscription-manager
This system is receiving updates from Red Hat Subscription Management.
This system is not registered with RHN Classic or RHN Satellite.
You can use rhn_register to register.
RHN Satellite or RHN Classic support will be disabled.

Let me know, how can i avoide that.

Hello, searching the Red Hat Knowledgebase I found Why does yum fail with error "[Errno 14] PYCURL ERROR 22 - "The requested URL returned error: 403" ? which suggests one possibility is that the system is registered using RHN Classic and using Subscription Manager. Could that be the problem?

The error number seems to 404, not 403, so I'd suggest trying one of the following:

Actually, upon some further searching, the most comprehensible resource seems to be: [Errno 14] yum fails with HTTP/HTTPS Error 404.
