Why one package not available from repo from 2 identical systems?

I have 2 systems. Both systems have the same repos enabled. I cannot install or find the flash-plugin under the channel "rhel-x86_64-workstation-supplementary-6" I have tried running yum "make clean all" and "yum makecache" neither has worked. Below is what I am seeing. Why is my 2nd system not seeing the update? What am i missing?

System 1 - Working
