Evaluating subscription not working

Hi All,
Newly registered , am not able to register the subscription-manager an old system not newly download with the evaluating subscription.
I get the following error:

Username cannot register with any organizations

I am not a paid customer yet, but evaluating for 30day period.

Hello,

Check if your subscription is active. Log into the customer portal (using the same account as you used to try and register the system) and select "Subscriptions", or visit Subscription Management.
