Unable to find download link for CoreServices / JVSC

Hello,
I'm trying to install Jboss EAP 7 on a Windows Server as a service. So regarding to this manual (chapter 4.3) : https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en/red-hat-jboss-enterprise-application-platform/7.0/paged/installation-guide/chapter-4-configuring-jboss-eap-to-run-as-a-service
one should be able to download the required JBOSS Core Service Jsv Package from the download section. But for me, this download section shows no available downloads at all. The list is just empty (for every single category).
Also after some research on the internet i cannot find a proper solution for my problem (maybe other ways to get the service up and running).

Is anyone here having the same issues or can provide a solution or a download link to the required JSVC package?
