Google has lots of hits on the topic. Several of them are pretty straight-forward walk-throughs. What specific issues did you run into that you're seeking help with?

per one of the redhat rel 7 doc, I did yum install docker device-mapper-libs device-mapper-event-libs and it installed the last two but said could not find docker.

i ran it again and the exact message is "this system is receiving updates from rhn classic or red hat satellite. no package docker available".

The docker package is in the following channel:

rhel-7-server-extras-rpms

You need to subscribe your system to this channel to access the package through yum.
