Broken "Create Discussion" Page

Latest response

Recently, when hitting the "create discussion" button, it seems the style-sheet has changed. Now, under Firefox and Chrome, the style-sheet for the "create discussion" page appears to be trying to render wider than the browser-width: page-content scrolls laterally off of both sides of the page. Should be noted that my display is set to 1600x900. A peer of mine complained that he has the same problem. The problem doesn't appear to effect contributing to existing posts. Is this a known issue and is there a fix?

Hi Tom,

This looks like you're hitting the same problem that was reported in Create Discussion Panel positioned off screen to left. Could you please have a look (there's a screenshot attached), and if it indeed is the same thing, add a comment to the bug?

Hi Robert,

That page is not accessible. Could you make it public? By the way, I have the same problem.

Hi Akemi,

Thanks for pointing that out. I fixed that.

Thanks, Robert. I added a comment there confirming the issue. But the bug is closed as a dup ...

Thanks Akemi,

The other bug was mainly about the creation of Kbase content, but the issue you're encountering was happening there too. The Portal team is aware of it and working on it.

Yep: that's exactly the problem that I and my teammates have in Chrome and Firefox (dunno about IE - we generally avoid its use).

Hi all,

The Portal team tells me that this issue should be fixed by next week.
