Redhat Openstack Trial links goes to 404

Hello,

I want to create a Redhat Openstack Trial,

but after Clicking on Continue from https://access.redhat.com/products/red-hat-openstack-platform/evaluation
I get a 404 page not found.

Is the programm over or why do I get this page ?
