About renew the Subscription

Hi all,

Currently, we have subscribed following two support service. May i want to know what's the difference and these two item still valid to continue? Thanks.

Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server, Premium (1-2 sockets) (Up to 4 guests)
Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server, Premium (Physical or Virtual Nodes)
