Satellite 6 built-in parameters

We've got Satellite 6 but are using our own existing Puppet infrastructure so don't want to use Puppet parameters on Satellite.
Creating custom Provisioning templates, I notice that there are some Parameters used in the supplied templates, e.g. @host.operatingsystem.family.
This isn't in the YAML file for a host which I created.
I haven't managed to locate a list of these default parameters, nor does it seem you can get them using hammer.
Anyone know of such a list?
