Surely you shouldn't be sharing private account details of a customer in a public forum?

hi, it is registered with [removed -admin] running on redhat 5.11. this system were recently built and registered.

Hi Digicel Fj, I can see that one of your 5.11 system is in a "not properly subscribed" status, so the term information as posted might not be reflecting that of the actual subscription. Below is a documentation that may assist you to register a virtual instance with your current subscription:

https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Subscription_Management/1/html/RHSM/register-virtual.html#rhsm-virt-guests

For the other five systems, they have not yet been attached to any contracts.

If you need further assistance to register your systems, you may please open a support case at: https://access.redhat.com/support/cases/#/case/list so Red Hat Technical Support team may further assist.

hi Alex, the fact is the systems were subscribed and i was able to install packages too. but the subscriptions expired in 7 days. refer to my first post, the 5.11 system that shows as subscribed expires today.

Hi Digicel FJ thank you for your reply.

If you go to your system profile page on Portal at: https://access.redhat.com/management/consumers?type=system, and click in the individual system profile you will find the current system subscription status.

At the time of my last response, one of the 5.11 system subscription status was flagged in red as "not properly status", so it might require you to properly subscribe your system to reflect the proper information of your attached contract. When you see the status in green, meaning it is properly subscribed.

However, if you still see the wrong information reflected when the status is in green, you may need to open a support case through the Portal at: https://access.redhat.com/support/cases/#/case/list. It may need further investigation from our Support Delivery team.

thank you Alex, your assistance is appreciated. i will heed your advise and further check and open a support case.

You are more than welcome Digicel Fj!
