"apache not connecting..." is broader term and not easy for anyone to point to exact fault. If you've taken the necessary config files backup then compare them with new config files and see what is changed. You could post your recent error and access logs over here along with other observations such as, is name resolutions working, check if there any security tags that got changed pointing to SELinux & iptables. You would require to provide more details so that anyone can put their view which could help you...CBJ_Middleware Operation_Team,
Please, see Sadashiva's first response in this thread -- you need to provide at least some details about your problem (config files, logs, circumstances, etc.). Otherwise, it's impossible for other users to help you.
Also, I'd suggest starting a new discussion, unless your problem is somehow related to what Nanyie Temlong was raising.
