Unable to Sync Capsule Repository

Prior to opening a ticket, I'd like to know if others have successfully synced the capsule repository to Satellite 6.1.x?

The error message we get is:

CDN loading error: access forbidden to https://cdn.redhat.com:443/content/dist/rhel/server/7/7Server/x86_64/sat-capsule/6.2/os/repodata/repomd.xml

Looking to someone to answer if this repository is not allowed as content inside of Satellite, or simply a Firewall issue we have to address?

I misspoke about our 6.1 tools which is working. Our 6.2 tools channel is in fact still not able to sync.

I'm seeing similar behavior with the 6.2 tools repositories.

Same problem with 6.2 tools repo. Trying to sync with a fresh satellite 6.2 installation, but getting the same error. 6.1 tools repos are working fine.

Saul, Sean, Wolfgang, and anyone else affected by this issue, the workaround to this issue is available at https://access.redhat.com/solutions/2475941.

This is a known issue with Red Hat Satellite 6.2, the cause of which is under investigation.

You have to create a new Satellite record in RHN, move all subscriptions to it, delete the manifest and download the new one.
