How to connect usb from Hyper-V to RHEL 6.6 vmguest

Hello Guys,

Anyone know how to connect a usb ACR38 to read from Windows Server 2012 R2 Hyper-V to RHEL 6.6 as vmguest of hyper-V.
Currently we want the RHEL 6.6 to detect it. But it seems that Hyper-V doesn't want to redirect the usb to the VM.

Virtual Box and Vmware workstaion can detect it but in our Production environment we are running Windows Server 2012 R2. Hope you can help us guys.
