Template "Discover Red Hat kexec" is missing

Hi,

i try to provisioning in PXE-less mode.
I install the foreman-discovery-image package and all its dependencies.

But in the "Provisioning Templates" i can't find the template "Discover Red Hat kexec"
Must i create this template manually ?

I found the reason for this problem. The template was allocated only to "Default Oranization". After i add this to my organization, the template was shown in provisioning templates.
