httpd - Support sending 451 status from RewriteRule
I want to be able to send a http status 451 from httpd using a RewriteRule

Current version installed:
httpd.x86_64 2.4.6-40.el7 @rhel-x86_64-server-7
httpd 2.x patch:

Yehuda Katz has provided a patch for 2.4
When can I expect this patch to be included in the httpd (RHEL7 repo)?
