How to get update packages for Red Hat Satellite 5.6?

Our vulnerability scanner picked up some missing packages for our Red Hat Satellite 5.6:

IBM Java Runtime in Satellite Server (RHSA-2014:0982)

Along with a few others.

My question is how do I monitor for these CVEs?

And where can I download them from?

I've tried to get to the RH Satellite webpage and it keeps timing out.
