Transfer files from RHEL 7 to Windows 2k8

Can anyone help me with how to transfer files from Linux to Windows, I've researched and tried various methods but nothing is working.

You mean other than via CIFS, NFS, SFTP, etc?

In order to help, you need to let us know what you've tried and what errors you encountered.

use samba to share files between Linux and Windows OS ;-)

try twistd . it will share your directory over port 8 and you can download files from windows host by browsing linux IP.
