Gary,

Go to https://www.redhat.com/wapps/ugc/protected/usermgt/userList.html , and look ABOVE the list of names for "Edit (yourUserName)" and click on it and change your email address.

You will have to have rights within your account, if it is your account, you should be fine. If it is a company account, you might have to track someone with organizational rights.

Lastly, I highly recommend removing your email address from this discussion ASAP. really

If worse comes to worse, contact Red Hat support at one of the applicable phone numbers for you at: this url https://access.redhat.com/support/contact/customerService/ and they can help you further. (by the way, I do not work for Red Hat).

Good luck

Thanks for that response, R. Hinton!

Given that this is a public forum, I've snipped the email address out of the original post.

Very helpful instruction. Thank you!

As of November 2017, the URL given by R. Hinton no longer works. You land on a Forbidden (403) page. That page offers a Log In button, but the latter lands on a "sso.redhat.com has encountered an error" page.

Mario, I just tried the links provided just now, and the links functioned properly at about the time of this reply. I suspect the time you tried it, there was a hiccup with the Red Hat Customer portal (especially since the error you cited "sso.redhat.com has encountered an error"), but it worked for me just now.

The URL works for me too. Be aware last week some updates have been applied to the customer portal, so cookies might need to be refreshed.

I got a comparable error message when trying to update a support case, and customer support told me an update was just in progress.
