Red Hat Enterprise Linux Repository summary

I'm installing Satellite 6 and would like to find a description of the various repositories before downloading. What are the RH Common, Optional, Supplementary etc repositories and what packages are contained in them? I'm unable to locate a list to determine if I should sync these repositories to the Satellite server.
