RedHat DataCenter licensing - VMware Vcenter requirements
What version of VMWare Vcenter is required for RedHat DataCenter licensing to work properly ? Will the version include in the Vspheres Essential package ( VCenter Server Essentials ) work properly with the RedHat DataCenter licensing ?
Responses
Red Hat works on a subscription model, it is not licensed. Red Hat does not care what hypervisor you use. You need only have a valid subscription (or however many 2-socket subscriptions would cover all sockets in that server) for each physical server you wish to deploy instances to. Did I misunderstand your question?
