I am with a problem in the IPA, the message ipa error 2100 insufficient add privilege to the userPassword attribute' to try to add a user.
Someone can help me ?

I had this same problem. It was resolved by adding the 'User Administrators' privilege. There is a permission called 'System: Read UPG Definition' that is part of the privilege.
