You could try using --skip-broken to work around the problem
You could try running: rpm -Va --nofiles --nodigest

Yes it is telling for example you currently have version 3.16.2.3-9.el7.x86_64 of package named nss-softokn but the nss package you're trying to install which is version 3.19.1-18.el7.x86_64 requires nss-softokn version 3.16.2.3-13 or greater. If you do a "yum list nss-softokn" it will show you version 3.19.1-19.el7_2 is available. You could solve it by doing "yum update nss-softokn".

However, it may be you should try running "yum makecache fast" to insure your repository indexes are up to date then retry your original yum command. With RHEL7 if the cache hasn't been updated recently it seems not to find later packages. If it is up to date and the package needed is in the repository it should simply pull it in as a dependency.
