Hi,

If you mean RHEV, then the answer is unfortunately no. Please see https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Virtualization/3.5/html/Installation_Guide/sect-Hypervisor_Requirements.html.

If, on the other hand, you're interested in virtualization in general, xen may be an option for you: https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux/5/html/Virtualization/sect-Virtualization-Para_virtualization_Restrictions_and_Support.html.
