Satellite 5 not marking package for update

Having an issue with Satellite Server not marking the postgresql-libs package for update on a number of systems. I was able to manually install it on one via the web interface, but that's not a practical solution for all systems. Trying to mitigate RHSA-2015-2081 and get updated to postgresql-libs-8.4.20-4. This is the first time I've run in to an issue like this. Any one have any ideas? I've tried the usual suspects, i.e. restarting services on the Satellite server, yum clean all on the affected systems. Appreciate any help!
