what version of RHEL is if kernel is 2.6.18-404.el5.. I couldn't find any information on redhat site https://access.redhat.com/articles/3078#RHEL5

It is RHEL 5.11. The GA kernel was 2.6.18-398.el5. All kernels after that (currently at -407) are in this RHEL version.
