Has redhat released 9.5

I noticed this morning in our satellite repo we way more patches than normal waiting for install on our Test environment before releasing to productiuon.

Quickly check for any news for rhel 9.5 release
Checked redhat downloads if 9.5 iso released.

Nothing i could find.

As it turns out the patches are for update to rhel9.5

Is it just me or has there been no fanfare or notification of 9.5 release

dont get me wrong not complaining about the release of 9.5 just wondering if it has accidently been released early.
