live bootcd keymap selection

im creating a live bootcd to be used across regions.
i want to give a selection of keyboard layout while the cd is booting.
something like in gpart boot cd or any other rescue cd out there.

how can i add it to my custom bootcd having this menu when my cd is booting to let the user choose his keyboard layout?
