Red Hat support for Jboss EAP downloaded from jboss.org
Hi,
we have downloaded and installed the jboss-eap zip version from jboss.org. We also have a subscription from RedHat.
To ensure our installed version is supported by RedHat when we require help, do we need to download and reinstall the jboss-eap version from the RedHat Downloads site?

We will support it if you have valid subscriptions.
Please note patches for EAPs are not released at jboss.org. We reccomend you to get them from our customer portal and apply them.
i.e. this is the update 03 patch for EAP 6.4.0:
