no e-mail response after activating a RHEL key
Hi everybody,
yesterday I registered my Red Hat Activation key at the Red Hat portal.
the activation process ended fine, then they told me that in about 30 minutes a confirmation e-mail would be sent to the e-mail account I used for site registration.
Now a day has gone by but I haven't received yet the confirmation e-mail.
Can somebody tell me what should I do?
I also tried to open a Support Case but it gives me back the following error:
Error 404 Not Found Message: {"code":"404","message":"Unable to find contact by SSO name"}
so the site keeps 'on loading to no avail.
Can somebody help me, I don't know what to do.
