Satellite 6 install failure

All,
(Added katello installer logs)
I have create a fresh RHEL 7 system to host my Satellite 6 server. I connect it to RHEL and installed the packages as the install quide outlines. I keep hitting the following errors no matter what i do. I know i am probably doing something simply wrong but not sure what.

Has anyone ran into this issue? I have searched the KB and google but can't seem to find a resolution to this issue.
I will probably open a support ticket if no one has seen this.
