Lack of -visible- email addresses for contacting redhat Sales

Latest response

HI.

I am at wits end trying to
--------> purchase <-------------
a subscription.

We get =zero= response from submitting mutliple web-site queries (from various sites).

Nothing
Nada
not even an robot acknowledgement spam email.
Zilch

And people like me who absolutely loathe telephone dialogue are not just a handful.

I regard a telephone conversation
as two (or more) simians making grunt-grunt-snort-snort noises over a tin-can speaker.

Could someone in charge please accommodate those of us who prefer literate communications by posting some email addresses to deal with Redhat ?

Thanks in advance,
Research and Development, is expensive

Thanks Radek,

I guess my blind spot is that I was just trying to reach sales,
I did not consider trying the back door

Your reply is appreciated, I will try to get a deal done through the CS channels.

You're welcome.

(I've fixed the formatting of my previous comment.)

Correcting the title to reflect that the defect is with contacting Sales

I see at the web link that Radek Bíba provided, the email address is customerservice@redhat.com

Sales contact details can be found here: https://access.redhat.com/support/contact/Sales/
That page also links to an online form you can use (http://www.redhat.com/en/about/contact/sales).

Thanks, but:
Perhaps I should have phrased this a bit better,
but at that moment I composed it I was still rather unhinged
by the fact that the online purchase form rejected my purchase, based on location,
-AFTER- I had entered and submitted all my credit card details:

"We get =zero= response from submitting multiple web-site queries (from various sites).

There is more than one place that the Red Hat site has query forms,
I tried the ones I could find and received no response or even 'signs of life'
The first response I ever received was from an old acquaintance I cc'd to,
which is not a proper way to do business, as his focus is not on any of this issue.

And, reiterating, the sales contact details are virtually all telephone numbers,
a medium which I regard as <!antiquated!> grunt-grunt-snort-snort noises over a tin-can.
Nothing came back from apac@redhat.com

from my sent-box:

HI - IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE ?!?.................

NOT SURE WHERE THIS GOES,

BUT WE GET ZERO RESPONSE FROM WEB-SITE ENQUIRY FORM.

ZERO.
NOTHING.
NADA
Not even an acknowledgement that the form was sent, or received

This, on a machine running a RHEL trial sub.
how embarrassing this should be.

===============================================

WE ARE INTERESTED IN PURCHASING A SUBSCRIPTION,

Assuming Redhat still exists..."

FInal note,
I finally received a contact which we will follow through with today regarding the subscription.

Thanks to everyone who has assisted in this convoluted saga.

Hi all,

Like Paul my experience with Sales group is less then I hoped for.

Still waiting for replies to an online form request for evaluation subscriptions for Satellite 6, as described in the migration chapters of the deployment guide.

Kind regards,

Jan Gerrit

Jan:

When did you submit the request? Can you email bkearney at redhat.com about your satellite request. please add your org admins email.
