Is there any possibility to get last 5 or more users information who modified a file ?

Just want to know, what are all the users modified file (atleast 5 users information) with time stamps.

i know stat will give the last modified information. except this is there any alternative, where i can get more info.

That information is not stored historically.

If you want to watch a particular file for future access, you can use auditd.

Short of changing filesystems over to something like gitfs or leveraging auditd (and keeping audit logs indefinitely), you don't really have good methods for retrieving such data directly via normal filesystem calls.
