Syetem menu on Redhat 7 GUI

Dear All,

I just bought two workstations with Redhat 7 workstation OS installed. I noticed that the SYSTEM menu is not there, only Places and Applications. Is there a way to get the "system" menu back for easy access to manage system functions such as users/groups, services?
