We want to install two redhat nodes cluster on two physical boxes. Is there any software base option available (in RHEL) which can behaves as software base fencing ?

If they are physical boxes you should be able to use the IPMI capabilities of the OOB management card (eg Dell iDRAC) or use OpenIPMI daemon direct on the host OS.
