Queuing commands in Openshift Online

I'd like to queue some memory-hogging jobs on my Openshift Online webserver, but when I pipe something to batch I get the error

/usr/bin/batch: line 8: /usr/bin/at: Permission denied

Is there a different job-queuing system I should be using?
